Seasons do affect ones mood. I'm still contemplating what mood I'm in for Autumn.

The breeze will blow again, and as the seasons change, so will you, but not your heart.

The graphic and the poem complement each other so well...

"You have a big beautiful heart"

perfection. Thank you.

love your poem. summer is long gone here. raindrops are falling. but i equally love summer and rainy season. each has a charm of its own. in case you're wondering there are only two seasons here- the wet and the dry.

such a warm post. brings back memories. if only all the seasons brings happy memories to everyone, then the world would be a bettr place to live. If only everyone changes to 'summer'.

Hey Lorena

I know how much you love Linda Carter.
Look what she's doing in the theatre All that jazz

transience :: thanks sweetie :)

tomas {sigh} :)

mermaid :: well i'm looking forward to autumn but i'm not to happy about winter just yet :)
thanks for leaving such beauty in words here. you are always so inspiring :)

lavinia :: and you do have a big
beautiful heart :) i don't consider this a poem but thanks. just a little something i wrote for someone.

tomas :: autumn:change, i like that. i usually consider summer my adventure time but now that you mention it, hmmm..(to be continued too...:)

amie :: i love all the seasons as well but as soon as one is ending, i'm missing it. it takes me awhile to adjust but i do and i find the charm in all of them. i love the colorful leaves in autumn :) i remember collecting them for school projects.

bablu :: i guess i am :)

ghost particle :: thank you, that was my intent. i hope they do but i realize they might not. i like what you said "if only everyone changes to summer".
pretty :)

rhein :: *big smile*

decomposed :: really? now i'm going to think of what mood it brings me. i never really thought about it. i know it's a good feeling :)

lavinia :: hi! thanks for the info. i will definitely look into that. i actually saw that musical a few years back. you are so sweet for thinking of me :)

airhead jean :: i don't claim what i write as poetry, people can view it however they'd like. it is however a place with freedom to write whatever one wants (you should know that, i visited your blog :) which confuses me because all my "fans", you can never compete with them!! and maybe jealousy rears its ugly head!!

Beautiful poem. Like the way you have structured and use the background to make it stand out.

Lorena said...

thanks A, it wasn't intended as a poem, more of a personal note to someone.

lucky person that...whoever this is intended for!

awww. This is so sweet, and heartfelt! I hope this is the chance you wanted, as it slips past, like sands through the hour glass. It is such sweet sorrow. It couldn't have been any other way though. All leaves do glow brightly with colour, before they wither, and fall. Beautiful thing, this post!

Places, or yes in this case summers, are all the same. We're the only difference. And on a more cheesy note, the certain people we were with at certain places in certain seasons who are the ones that make all the difference.

But then again, what do I know? I can't even differ my head from my gloves like that's said in a song.

The universe lives in a single blade of grass...

You have enough poems to send out to publishers. Hint, hint or you can self-publish.

El verano se nos escapa como el humo...
